“This appears to be a former motel that is being transformed into suites. The room appears to have been two motel rooms. The door previously used for adjourning rooms has been replaced by french doors. One bathroom was replaced with a kitchen. However, there weren't any pots and pans, dishes, or utensils yet. There was a microwave that could be used. One bedroom had 2 queen beds and the other had a queen bed and a couch. The pool was closed. The location that looked like it was used for checking...

“The room looked clean at first glance. However, when checking the bed we noticed that the pillows and bedsheets had stains on them. We’re not sure if they were changed from the previous guest. Since the phone in our room was not working I had walk down to the front desk to request for new pillows and bedsheets. Had to change them out ourselves. The carpet looked old and worn with stains. “I was pleasantly surprised to find this newer hotel in close proximity to Memorial Hospital. I cannot speak highly enough of the courteous and friendly staff. Everyone we encountered on our short stay was warm and welcoming.
I do not believe in all of my years traveling that I’ve ever stayed in a room with two king sized beds, but what a plus that is for those of us who have larger families. Everyone can stay together! Room was enormous and immaculate as well as the bathroom.

“The property had a molded looking stain on the ceiling in the bathroom. The bathroom sink was loose and shaking. Stayed three days and didn't receive any cleaning, even upon asking. The exercise room equipment was dirty and had to be cleaned before using.
